Hi everyone, my name is Delroy Sinclair and I am from a small Caribbean Island where I am an ICT classroom teacher of students ages 11-18 years old. I chose to complete this Msc In Instructional Design and Technology so as to be qualified to teach distance learning and help foster students educational developments via technology. I am fascinated by Learning Management Systems (LMS) and how they foster individuals who are not afforded the privilege to be in the traditional classroom setting or opted not to be.
Project Management so far seem to be a challenging and rewarding subject content that instructional designers need in order to better equipped to deal with the many challenges that will confront them in the real work situations. It is my intention to work closely with all my fellow classmates and peer buddies to gain an in-depth knowledge of this project management concept.
